After reading Tina Fey's Bossypants, I got a bunch of 30 Rock DVDs from the library and delved right in. I'm finding the episodes even funnier now than I did before, and they were already pretty great. I can't begin to pick my favorite one-liners, as they come rapid-fire for 30 minutes straight.
